1800S spring specification

I'm thinking of changing the road springs on my 1800S or Mk IV! as the ride height is very low with minimum clearance to the exhaust, lost it twice now!
Can anyone please give me the specification for replacement springs, front and rear, and the shock absorbers whilst we are at it?

what shocks are on the car? Are they adjustable, Could the spring seats be wound up a bit?

Hi Kit,

I got my shocks/springs combo from Adrian Venn. You might have slightly different rates due to the heavier engine, but I expect Adrian can advise.
