Only plans at the moment are to get it stripped, labelled, photographed etc and then think about original or modified.
If I go down the latter it will only be tastefully modified. IE. Modern Ford, no V8.
Again early days yet. It's took a year nearly to get the garage and drive done, and keeping the Chim on the straight and narrow also work, everything will be at its own pace.
Will post pics and seek advice as I progress.

A good couple of hours stripping rear end and wiring loom to the front of the car.

Is this rear cover original?

Petrol tank removed but full of rattling debris. Can these be recon or is it a renewal?

All wiring and tank removed.

All wiring loom, well 95% removed from the front. Clutch, throttle and other cabling disconnected.
Getting in the zone for body off very soon, maybe?
Will keep posting as I go.

Depends how bad it is. Tanks can be reconditioned, or they can re sealed, or of course, renewed. Steel ones son available fromAdrian Venn, alloy ones available from various sources.

A sense of relief, but still lots to go at.

Despite the look of the chassis, its quite solid. Only one item to worry about.

How and why here? No signs of any damage to the chassis around this area, all looks straight.
