My '77 3000M has been laid up for a while whilst I have been working away from home. I now have the car back with me but unsurprisingly the lack of use has taken it's toll on the brakes.
Handbrake appears to work ok (car was stored with the brake off) but I have no pressure in the brake pedal and nothing happening up front.
If the pistons have seized, would I get some resistance when pressing the brake pedal?
Also, my car has a hydraulic clutch which shares the same fluid reservior as the brakes - I've noticed the clutch slave cylinder is leaking fluid - is it possible that an empty reservior could have introduced air into the brake system and therefore no pressure in the pedal?
Have not had the time to fully inspect as yet, but any ideas / suggestions would be most appreciated.
