Taimar heater control /sticker

Hi,removed stereo and cage to gain access to rear of heater controls .Found working bulb and holder - not sure if correct size ??as doesn't seem to push in very far Managed to take pic showing something inside plastic holder?? Is this correct to deflect light or part of original bulb holder left behind .?? Will check later this evening under darkness to see if sticker lighting up !
