why would you want to fit them graham?
They are a bit old hat these days (and hard to find) and other aftermarket 4 pots are available if you are venturing onto the track. You can do alot with pads, callipers and discs before you need to go the 4 pot route. callipers alone will also not induce better fade performance.
the racing guys use 3 pot e-type callipers.
granada M16 callipers can also be used so I belive.
My 350hp racing car is still on 2 pot callipers??
Neil.

My 5000M (see previous post) has a TR6 vented disc kit with Willwood 4 pot calipers - one note of caution - my calipers do not have dust seals so aren't suitable for regular road use ...
Demon Tweeks supplied them as a kit but they also had to be spaced to fit - Doug at David Gerald had the dubious pleasure of performing the upgrade .....
I'm sure Moss Motors do a range of upgrades (harder pads to 4 pot/vented) as well ...
Cheers

In good condition the M brake setup is surprisingly good. Recent Discs/Pads and Fluid
For several years I did many track days with standard discs and Mintex Fast Road Pads. The big issues are cooling and pad glaze (caused by repeated hard applications). To improve the cooling you can remove the stone guard backing plate. Pad Glaze is best sorted with grooved or drilled discs.
Any good tip is to make sure your wheel bearings are spot on, as too much play will cause the pads to get knocked back into the callipers and need subsequently more pedal travel to meet the discs.
Personally if its just the occassional day I'd overhaul the standard setup and concentrate on other aspects of a clean lap rather than being the last of the late brakers!!!
