The Speedo Cable rubber grommet that fits into the bulkhead has broken. does this come with a new cable our can you get just the grommet.

You can get various size grommets at Vehicle Wiring products see www.vehicle-wiring-products.co.uk/VWPweb2000/sleeving/sleeving.html if you you can't get one at your local motor factors.

If you get a new one and slit one side you can put it over the cable and fit it without removing the cable.
