The trunnion is standard TR6, try Rimmers Brothers, the brake servo may be TR6 or may be a ford part as yours is a later car.
Most suspension parts are TR6, if you change the trunnion often the vertical link needs to be replaced at the same time as the threads are often damaged by the worn trunnion. Check the holes in the lower suspension arm where the trunnion is bolted to the arms, often they will be worn oval, if they are get them built up with weld and then re-drilled.
What other bits do you need?
Front Calipers are TR6, there is a place in Cheshire called Clasicar Automotive who rebuild/exchange them. I had some from them a year ago and they were great, new pistons, new cad plating etc, if they had told me they were new I would have believed them, the thread for the pipes and bleed nipples is an unusual one, they will sell you the correct bits. Note the modern metric will screw in but will strip the thread when you try to tighten up the connection.
Classicar Automotive can be contacted on; 01625860910
they charge about £60 each caliper exchange.
Get some new disks from Rimmers (I think about £15 ish each)

Big delay on the bushes but they should be here 2morrow. Adjustables have arrived and a vertical link sourced. Once a spacer is fabricated, the master cylinder and servo will be sorted. Due to the price of the TR6 stuff (£150 m/cyl, £130 Servo) components from a 500 griffith are being used with the resevoir remotely mounted. This should keep the 500 griff steering rack and switchgear company. I know its nice to keep these cars o/e spec but from the outset an amount of modification was planned without losing touch with its roots. Thanks for all the help everyone.
