This is a bit of a long shot, but first the pictures:

Sorry for the lack of quality, but they are polariods.

This was my dad's car, 3000M (photos dated 1978, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear), registration was L????? thats all I know. He part-exed it the following year at the then TVR dealer - Grainger Garage, Blenheim Street, Newcastle - for a Fiat X19.

It's going back a while, but if anyone knows anything about this car then I would love to know (is it still around?). As I say it's a bit of a long shot, esp regarding the lack of information...but nevermind it's still good to see some old pictures of a classic british sports car.

In fact the lads in the office prefered it to my Chim.

Always wondered were my 3000M got to. Light metallic blue UWE181S, bought new from Dearne Valley Motors in Rotherham in 1978. I sold it in 1979 and I did see it at Mallory Park and a sun roof had been fitted. I imagine it has long gone to the grave yard in the sky!
