Tamora to the US

I have an e36 M3 and am just tired of it in almost every aspect....I want a Tamora...preffably new but I'll settle for used....My only real question is..how hard would it be to import one of these to the states and how can I go about registering it as a kit car without rebuilding it....btw I have relatives in Manchester and am a french citizen if those matter....
Anyone know how much realistically I should be looking to spend?

I would call the factory and bug them for status regarding their return to North America.
The volume of calls has to influence TVR about the possibility of making an excellent return on investment by returning to North America.
Of course, you could take the engine transmission out and bring it in as a kit car...
TVR says a year or so, so I'll TRY and be patient...

Would it not be possible to buy a Tamora from the factory in blackpool, send it to a specialist to have the engine, gearbox and driveshaft removed, but leave everything else in place!
Ship it, and then pay for a TVR specialist to go across to the states to make sure everything goes back in the right place?! And to sign a document saying that the car had transmission removed, was shipped to the states and that everything was put back properly etc! That way resale value shouldn't be too badly affected!

I would also like to see the Tamora available in the USA. I have read mnay positive reviews of the car in EVO, Autocar, Top Gear, etc.
I am concerned about the ability to obtain parts for the car though--the car could be out of service for quite a while.
TVR has a golden opportunity to improve their fortunes--they need to be more aggressive! TVR could be the next Porsche (and have done everything right to assume that position), but they could also be the next also ran.
Step up to the plate and rise to the challenges of doing business abroad--and enjoy the rewards too!
