I see a slippery slope and Rockingham is about half way down it. The crowd at the Autumn race was poor, the race the year before a fiasco. I wonder if Rockingham is making any money out of anything other than testing.

I hope they don't go the way of the Birmingham Superprix but if Rockingham is still trading with it's current management team in 2004 I will be most surprised!

Doh! Perhaps they should have started marketing it earlier than this, they will have known the date for a lomg time now.

I think that the real problem is that there isn't the following for CART in the UK that they originally expected. In the first year they expected not to make a profit (despite / because of the high ticket prices), having only just completed the oval, but they didn't do very well this year either. I hope Rockingham can survive on testing and the use of the infield circuit for national events.
