Graham,

Look forward to seeing you there. I'll be racing in the Sports & Saloons Challenge. I'll pop over and say hello!
Are you doing the Test Day on the Friday?

Is the Friday test day open to spectators? Is it free? Can you wander round the pits?

Cheers,
JSG.

Friday test day is usually fairly relaxed, even racedays are pretty informal about spectators at Lydden. (Although for racedays they usually charge a small amount).
Spectator entry for TEST DAYS is usually free. Paddock entry is no problem either provided you don't intend parking there! If you get any grief about getting in, (you won't!) tell them you are a mechanic and use my name. I'll be racing my Fiesta which should be number 43.
I'll have my mobile with me most of the time, so if by some twist of bad luck they do say no, give me a call.

I have followed the series for a while now . I would like to know does anyone have a car for sale part or nearly finished? My younger brother and I have done the Jim Russel school a few years back and we would like to have a go. We would like to share the car and do alternate races to spread the cost , is this possible with Tasmins.

Im not sure on the cars for sale front but its is certainly possible to share a car through the season. as Mark Russell and Alistair are doing this year in their new car.

It may also be possible to hire a car for the odd race as there are a couple of rounds that some people carnt make.

have a look at tasmin-challenge.com and e-mail steve lewis

Hey folks
First time here!!
It looks like some other Tazers have beat me to it.
Re cars for hire/sale.
Most car changes have happened for this season.
I am only aware of one who is only doing a few races this year with the aim of starting properly next year.
There are however a few Tasmins out there ripe for buidling up. Allow 2 hard months of work and you could be joining us. C'mon... you know you want to ! :-)
