nnnooo Alonso.
did well to hold it.

Good to hear the applause from grandstands.

Fastest average lap speed of the race (so far) for Alonso though, didn't they say?

Honda really are st.

Maybe Taku at 17-1 was a good bet.

Alonso must be thoroughly fed up with Honda now. If I were him, I'd throw my toys out of the pram and sit out the rest of the season... or find a non-Honda Indy drive!

That's going to take a bit of time to clean up.

I counted 5 cars involved in one shunt. eek

"Yellows breed yellows"

Edit: Commentators confirm 4 cars out, 1 spinner. So I counted correctly.

At least he's managed more laps today than all of this F1 season so far!

As a spectacle it has been littered with crashes and safety car periods.

Nooooooo, so gutted for him he was doing so well frown

Where does he go from here?
Does Indy because his Mclaren Honda keeps stting itself.
See Jenson take a grid penalty for failure of MGU
Jenson pee'd in his seat ( hehe )
His Honda team mate has his engine st it's pants
His Honda st's it's pants

Not sure relations are going to be that smooth after it.

Nice to hear the applause for him though, he did an awesome job for a "rookie"
