It's happened but not as often.

That's not really why we watch motor racing though. Exciting isn't waiting for a smash is it? scratchchin

Must be a real bugger having to stop and sit while they fix the fence. You're going to have to somehow keep your head in the right space.

No, but the speed just seems to make everything happen at a higher level. I don't want them to crash - I feel on edge just watching them circulating. It's just startling how much "bigger" everything feels than in F1.

I finally managed to find a way to watch the Indy 500 (using my friends BT Sport login), and then discover fking Suzi whatsherface is presenting it. She was terrible on F1.

Scary crash.

I've seen a lot of overtakes but never underneath the car you're overtaking!

Very impressed with the speed that the safety teams get to the scene.

I think it's ok on YouTube. It's just the abc feed.is that what you get on BT? with the American adverts every 2 mins and presenters?

When they show the camera angle from infield, you can see the rescue vehicles were rolling as it happened almost as if they had spotted him go offline and were totally prepared. Incredible, and puts some of the responses you see in other forms of motorsport to shame.

Apologies if this has already been discussed, but I cant believe they don't do pay per view on this.

No way I was going to pay £20 a month for 12 months to sign up for bt sport for just one race. I gave up with Kodi and then luckily my mate came up with the goods. I find it unbelievable that they have adverts during the live action when you are paying so much money and the presenting team is so poor. I pay for Sky F1 so I'm not opposed to paying.

With modern streaming technology I see no reason to make sport so hard to watch.

I'm watching it live on YouTube free of charge.
