Got into the garage - then kicked out o fthe pit lane for having my wonderfully controlled 5 yr old with me - have to understand but what an arse of a guy !

There's a reason that people under the age of 16 aren't allowed in the pit-lane, whether they're well behaved or not.

There were too many hanger's on in the pit-lane today. Especially when you think about the amount of fuel in there today with all the rigs about.

The only part of all motorsport that should be a rigid as F1 is the pit-lane discipline. It's a bloody dangerous place to be, especially during a GT race.

All points taken
I have learnt from the experience

It wasnt during the race
I wouldnt do that - Believe it or not I do have some sense
It was the ARSE I was referring to - Just look at SP+L threads if you want to see peoples reactions when A cop alledgedly doesnt call everyone sir or madam!!

There are ways of asking or telling

The trick is to stand on the exhaust side of the car, unfortunatly at Donington the infield is the wrong side, we thought it sounded a bit quiet so went and stood on the railway carrage on the outside of the track after the Dunlop Bridge, from there it sounded great

Yep - TVR's from the outfield very loud indeed, seconded only by the Ultima.

Great weekend of racing. Just have to make the Minis a bit quicker, and actually get some action in an F3 race to make it perfect.

Obviously the Ginettas have got it just right .

Opposite Bruno Senna!!!!!

How many people have borrowed sugar from Senna in the Paddock at Donington no less!

Spent all day Saturday fixing the car - Sunday went very smoothly (apart from an unfortunate throttle linkage failure costing a mere 7s a lap :grr, so we went to the outside of Hollywood to watch some racing.

What an absolutely superb meeting on Sunday

Good to meet some fellow PH'ers too lazyitus and Balmoral!

It was well worth the 5 hour round trip that I endured/enjoyed in the Caterham and made it a real adventure driving: although I did have to stop for fuel 4 times

Oh and thanks to all those who expressed an interest in my Caterham, although it was 'slightly' overshadowed by all those TVR's!

But once again, a superb meeting

How could I forget about all those Z3M's, I couldn't believe how many there were

I was suprised that there was only one other Caterham there though, bearing in mind there was the Powertrain Challenge

I did have one of the best drives I've had in the R400 in a long time, no traffic at all when I left home but that was probably down to the fact it was some unearthly hour on a Sunday morning

Yeah, top day out.

Good to meet up with L100NYY, Balmoral and mrmaggit (nice cider ).

Managed to gain a lunch with the VW gang which was all the better as it was free. Only problem is, I spent half the day in the loo due to excessive drink consumption. (Non alcoholic except mrmaggits cider.)

As mentioned, a good summer like feel factor with so many nice cars in one place surrounded by race cars going at maximum pace.

Roll on next event!

Some locations on the infield were less quiet than others - must be just right to get the sound bouncing back from the concrete walls.

Thanks again for that lazyitus, much better than a soggy burger and cold chips! Just make sure I return the favour one day

That paint cose by the way is B66P and it's called Monte Carlo Blue (an S2000 colour apparently). It would look stunning on your car, the curves would really set it off

I have to admit that I feel a bit sleepy today, I didn't get home until 12am as I did some 'socializing' on the way home
