Finally have got to see race3.
Shedden and Austin need to sort themselves out,way too much contact,2nd time the Honda nearly did what Collard got pushed into but miraculously everyone missed him.
Not impressed with Cook spinning out Plato ,who got hit by an Audi who couldn't swerve ,causing the safety car
Good luck getting Shedden to stop bumping / pushing other cars to pass as he appears to have trademarked that manoeuvre as it seems anyone else that does it gets points / fined / grid penalty but he doesnt, so in some respects it was good to see him getting a taste of his own medicine in that race once Rob Austin caught him back up after the first lap / first corner incident Shedden and Austin need to sort themselves out,way too much contact,2nd time the Honda nearly did what Collard got pushed into but miraculously everyone missed him.

Watching the highlights today, it seemed there were quite a few other drivers that did a "Sutton" and used an ample amount of the grass on that corner, including Turkington at one point too, and also Jordan that drove up the inside of one of the passats and used the rear end to punt it into a third car on the outside and clear them both out of the way at once, but there didn't appear to be any censure on those ones.
The grid penalty for Sutton looked far more like Alan Gow's usual effort to maximise / hype up the final race weekend and have at least 3 drivers tight on points for the final rounds especially seeing as Shedden was right at the front, but unfortunately it didn't go to plan

Like Ballotelli's 'why always me?' t shirt under his Man City shirt, you should have 'Innocent Bystander' printed on your nomex top.Edited by The Wookie on Saturday 23 September 23:55
Still, that Audi is kicking bottom at the minute, compared to the last couple of years, hopefully you can stay it it for next year. Or win the lottery and get a Subaru .
I'll see you at Brands, where I expect a podium!

We've made a lot of progress with it, it's finally showing its potential! Hopefully back in it next year, I want to be a bit better prepared though going into the first round if I'm going to do it though, I think we'll have a really good season if we get it right over the winter

Random question but in the past few years I have watched this on and off. What happened to Jason Plato. He was always up there but since the Subarus he seems to be nowhere?
Development year last year though they did get some good results later on, and there was some weird accident damage they hadn't discovered from his crash at Brands Hatch at the start of this year that was hampering the setup on his car. Even once it was on the pace he's been a bit anonymous this season. It does also seem he's not as good in rear wheel drive cars, a lot of his performances at Goodwood for the historic events aren't great when he's in rear wheel drive
