LexSport, great pics mate I particularly like this one of the Saleen hassling the Mosler, touring car style. P'raps he thought he was in the touring car race!

RYDELLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!

Yeehar!!!!

As a tight northener I always moan about cost (as I said earlier it was cheaper as the ETCC was it not) but it was money well spent with my man RYDELLLLLLL!!!!!!! coming good.

Almost, a bit, nearly as good as the 90's BTCC.

I think I rate Peter Terting. Did you see him defending? He wasn't taking any sheet.

That's our Mosler - good to see young Phil not taking any hassle from the GT1 cars. Sideways, too...

Thanks, centurion07, Trackside. Glad you liked the pics. And sorry I didn't get more of the Mosler in frame Ahonen - could have been a decent pic if I'd got them all in.

As for the slowing down lap, I missed that incident. I'd used up all the memory cards I had with me by the end of the last lap so had started heading off by that point. Bit peeved I did now. Must remember to keep some space in reserve just in case tempers flare after the chequered flag.

Was a cracking day out. I still haven't got over the *noise* the GT cars made....

They do rather re-define 'loud' don't they. Hope you were sat on the exit of the Abbey Hairpin. All the front engined cars on full throttle with the exhaust pointing straight at the crowd
