Ditto!

Sod it...let’s just name all the drivers we don’t want to win the race!

Impressed with Ericsson and Ferrucci thus far. Get the feeling several people are biding their time before winding up for a run at the end.

ETA - so looks like I've just cursed Ericsson...
I cannot bring myself to praise Ferrucci - he has never expressed any remorse for his behaviour that got him sacked from F3(?) team two years ago, instead used his father's money to buy his way into IndyCar, where no-one cares about his past behaviour. I hope he's learned from the past, but I've never seen him apologise.

edit: F2 - Trident (had to Google it - memory's not what it was)

I was thinking Rossi until then! Fascinating to see the fuel games play out.
Think that yellow may have buggered Dixon's chances now as well - it has been too long for him.

Not sure who's looking good now. Pagenauad's been fast all day & fuel may not matter now?

Bourdais's highest placed Honda, but Indy's not his favourite place.

Rahal's being saying how good his car has been all week, so maybe him?

Everyone's going to have to do one more stop, I think.

I actually saw him in a Starbucks in Northampton that weekend, oddly enough, although that was before the various kerfuffles. I can understand that situation leaving a bad taste (the F2 race, not the Starbucks...), but he's not the first person with a rich dad to buy his way into Indycar, and he's held his own.

I don't mind that bit on it's own; like you say, it's common enough.

I don't know what Servia was thinking there, even though they can race whilst lap down blocking like that is a sign of a true idiot.

Shaping up to be interesting isn't it!

I'd love to see Carpenter win it, but Rossi is possessed at the moment.

Red flag so no fuel saving yellow flag safety car laps.

Lot more to come.

Shame it couldn't stay green, red flag right decision so we don't just waste the laps away under yellow. Good to see everyone ok, helps Pagenaud a little bit, still gonna be a crazy final fight.

Cringeful interview. He genuinely seems like he's looking to make amends. https://marshallpruett.podbean.com/e/mp-382-a-conv...

Re:: Dan Ticktum - he reminds of Mansell. Always moaning about the drivers who've had better circumstances than him.
