That’s how I saw it...I’m no Mart fan but he was far enough alongside for Turkington to give Neal room....especially when your fighting for the championship.

A bit short sighted from turkington imho...you’ve got to pick your battles

Dan Cam showed you don't fight the fights that puts you at risk.
TURKINGTON took a defensive line into Graham Hill And Neal was no where near close enough to make that move he tapped him off

So he put himself at risk by doing this. Fare enough doing it throughout the season but not when you've got it shown up with 2 races to go.

Exactly...it’s just another race....it was silly by Turks

I'm pissed as I wanted Turks to win the championship. Turks used to be Mr consistent but you've gotta hand it to Dan Cam. He's led 10 laps this whole season and finds himself leading with 1 to go.

All we can hope for (for Turks) is a drive to the same level as Shedden managed those years ago when he stormed through the field to take the Championship at the end.

I'm no Neal or Honda fan but that was just daft driving by Turks. No need to defend and he didn't even do it properly. There was 100% enough room for Neal and Turks should have just stayed in the middle rather than going for the apex.

it was the opening lap and he covered the inside nicely Matt Neal is a dirty driver that move was not on he knew exactly what he was doing with a tap on the rear quarter/

Naughty by Neal I reckon nono . If it was anybody else outside him he wouldn’t have made that move.

Well obviously he didn’t....Neal wouldn’t have been halfway alongside otherwise...

..it also takes 2 to tango. Given Turks position, he had the option to open up the steering and go again in a stronger car. He didn’t, which was silly

...anyway, no point in squabbling, no doubt stewards will sort it out if there was an issue

Watch the replay. He was pretty damn close to half way alongside.

Yup. Bumper to door contact, again Turks could and given the situation should have opened up the steering....anyway, said my bit...no point in going around in circles

One caveat I will throw in is that if Turkington was in a fwd car, it would have just resulted in a slight wobble or easily catchable slide, unfortunately with the greasy track and rwd, round he went.

I've got a sneaking feeling about Jordan winning the title though, I think there is more in store.

Be nice for Jordan to win it, especially if it’s his final year in the championship
