Tough for Cammish however justice has been done I think.

What? How? How can this be this exciting?!

So sorry for Cammish, however I feel that was a bit of justice in Turks favour, unbelievable 320, 318, 318. Blimey!

Well done Colin, great drive gutted for Jordan as well, he was so close to the championship too. Good drive by Wookie although that Focus looked a bit of a handful towards the end.

Justice indeed clap All the more sweeter despite Neal’s best (worst?) efforts. Turkington not taking advantage of the ‘push to pass’ opportunity when chasing a Championship is a lesson in sportsmanship a few others could do with heeding.

Not necessarily sportsmanship but definitely the sign of a driver thinking clearly.

What a season, 2 points separating the podium after 30 races! Great stuff.

Wow what an incredible end to the season just incredible, and the top 3 drivers covered by only 2 points after 30 races quite amazing.

What a turnaround for Turkington to win the championship after starting from P25 having being turned around by the dirtiest driver in uk motorsport Matt Neal; a well deserved 4th title but all of the top 3 have done a great job this year:

I feel sorry for Dan Camish let’s see if there is a reason he went off like brake issues as he is a class driver it’s unlike him to make a mistake maybe he locked up a rear due to brake problems with those front disks glowing red the full race distance.

Well done to Rory Butcher for the Indi title and he has really shown his speed this year in an old car.

Just as a footnote how much bonus ££££ would Honda team Dynamics have got if Dan had won; the answer to that question is exactly why a 5 place grid penalty was not a big enough penalty for Neal, it’s his family team and was in his interest to push Turks off, great to see it made no difference in the end.

What’s all this “justice & karma” nonsense, it wasn’t Cammish who hit Turkington.

The right result, karma prevails and gives Honda what they deserve.

Indeed. Poor form by people on here tbh....especially given Turks amongst pretty much every driver has caused an incident that affects the points throughout the season....this was no different

Right man won, but only because he drove the best throughout the year and scored the most points...

Going into this round I was supporting Jordan and Cammish as Jordan may not be in the BTCC next year and Cammish hasn't won before.

Having said that, Turkington deserves this fourth championship. After being taken out at Knockhill, being taken out at Silverstone and being taken out today in race 2, to fight back in race 3 from 25th on the grid, cleanly, and not even taking advantage of pushing Wookie wide shows what a good driver he is.

Quite possibly because the team dynamics team seem to have a reputation for being one of the more dirty teams and that by Neal nudging Turkington to help gain points for his team mate. Yes its a team sport but i would have more respect for him if he had overtook him cleanly, there were 14 other laps he could have overtaken on but to do what he did on the opening lap was not called for.

Cammish was brake failure from running to close to Jackson, he said perhaps he should have bought Jackson a beer before the race so that he would have let him pass. Nothing to do with the fact that Cammishes discs were bright orange from the very first lap.

No doubt about that....I also find it astonishing how close Jordan was after missing the whole of Donington

I went to Brands today for race one and two and was home for race 3. Sat on the south bank and watched the race 2 drama unravel. Never heard so many synchronised gasps!

Got home just in time for the last race and my god it was stressful. Very happy for CT but I can’t help but feel sorry for DC, that was terrible luck and in his post race interview he came across as very classy.

Bit gutted because I had actual money on AJ and it was so damn close!

You didn’t read a word a wrote did you.

So again, how is the incident with Neal which took points off turkington any different to countless incidents throughout the year involving other drivers which equally affected the points standings?

There’s no difference....if this was race 9 instead of 29 no one would really bat an eyelid or sprout nonsense about karma affecting a driver who wasn’t even involved in said incident

Well for me it’s because it yet again involves that cheating Matt Neal.

Wow, unbelievable finish to the season and shows why it is such an amazing series to watch. In all the years of watching motorsport, I've never seen anything like it, I was on the verge of mental exhaustion by the end biggrin

I do feel for Dan (and I know he's occasionally on here if you're reading this Dan, massive commiserations) but I did think the brakes were getting a bit hot when all the other cars weren't. David and Tim picked up on it too, however I wasn't expecting such a dramatic issue!

I must admit I was routing for AJ to win the championship but in the end, Colin has been a class act throughout the season and as he said, the cards fell his way today. It certainly makes for great entertainment! Roll on next year's season.
