Wife bought tickets to this last Xmas, as you may know, opening was delayed due, I think to contractor going bust.
Well its now open and we went a few days ago.
What a hopeless waste it is! They had the opportunity to do something really good, this is rubbish, and would not be worth your time even if it was free!
Most of the interactive exhibits were broken. THose that did work seem to be aimed at young kids. The start of the exhibition, is just ridiculous, as is the end video experience.
The heritage track walk, involves a small section of track, with a few info boards, stupidly, the only way to read then was to stand in the mud!
There are some interesting cars and bikes, but not many.
The part of the exhibition about it being a WW2 bomber squadron, was so light on detail.
Overall I felt this was aimed at young children, and for the cost was an insult.

Sounds entirely in keeping with, and an accurate reflection of, the normal Silverstone experience.

Such a shame, you would maybe think, like most museums, this could be free!

But I guess, well you know.
