Good signing and good to have him back, what’s he been up to since he left?

Sort of had to re-calibrate with them two sat in the same place talking together! Great to seem them talking together tough. Some genuine comradery.

A great conversation for any BTCC fans, there are two other videos with them as individuals with Johnny Smith and they are both definitely worth a watch too.

Agreed, I’m really enjoying his interviews, he’s got a nice laidback style and asks interesting questions. And more importantly he lets the person answer without butting in!

It was a bit surreal to see JP and Matt chatting together, but I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to Part 2 tomorrow.

Are there lots of children on PH?

And if there are, they're certainly going to click on the link now!

Really good to watch ....
Wasn’t a Plato fan, he’s a got to be No.1 even in the interview. However I quite like the guy. Came across well.

I’m sure that’s the tip of the iceberg in stories from them both.

I've never been a fan of either of them, but that was excellent. Thanks for the links!

It seems like an elaborate way of saying Carl Boadley is driving an Inifinit next year.

Wonder where the extra TBL came from as it's 7 cars rather than 6?

Didn't Speedworks have one spare in case they expanded to 2 Corolla's?

I don't think anyone had one that wasn't used as, as far as I understand it, they have to be returned to TOCA if they're not used as happened with Simpson.

Team Parker perhaps with Jelley going to WSR?

I think we're going to see a lot more "merging" of teams especially with cars needing replacing. The most likely next one would be MB Racing as they need to replace the Hondas so I wouldn't be surprised to see a merger with the likes of PMR or Motorbase.

Rumour is Jelley is wsr bound so that’s likely where the tbl has come from.

One ive seen is andy neat will be driving a focus but not the one he used during this season. Im thinking there will be another team running a pair of focus's.

Also a list of current activity of the teams

Quick run-down as to the current ownership situation for all teams in the BTCC:

Team Dynamics - Owned by Matt Neal
West Surrey Racing - WSR Holdings Limited - Owned by Dick Bennetts
AmD Racing - No longer exist, AmD Tuning - Owned by Shaun Hollamby
BTC Racing - Owned by Steve Dudman and legally unrelated to previous BTC Racing
Power Maxed - Owned by Adam Weaver
Motorbase Performance - New company called "Motorbase Performance Limited" set up
by Shaun Hollamby on December 3, 2020. Team that ran as "Motorbase" in 2020 was
"Racing-Red 2020 Ltd" which is a 50/50 partnership between Dave Bartrum and
Richard Paine who also owns Abidane Limited
Speedworks - Owned by Christian Dick
Morgan - Ciceley Motorsport or Ciceley Racing don't really exist, Ciceley Limited ultimately owned by Brian Morgan (Adam's grandad)
Trade Price Cars - Name is just a front, ultimately the money behind it is Dan Kirby
Parker - Owned by the Parker brothers
Laser Tools - Owned by Aiden Moffat (money is his Dad's, Bob Moffat)
Team HARD - Tony Gilham doesn't actually own any companies currently. Team HARD is owned by his grid girl wife.
Excelr8 - Owned by Justina Wilson. Money from Draper Tools, not sure what their link is to the team

Im going to say amd will be running focus instead of the civic. Also the tie up between team hard and laser I would go for tom boardly running a 3rd infiniti and team parker not being on the grid for next year,
