V8 Supercars has released a load of 2013/14 Full Races on Youtube as a nice warm up to the season opener, I'd fogotten how sweet those Volvo's sounded.

I watched the last hour of the 2014, Bathurst 1000 earlier. Still brilliantly tense and dramatic as it was back when it happened.

I've re watched the whole thing over the last couple of days & it's still an epic race, it truly had everything.

That's my viewing sorted for tomorrow then! Good suggestion.

I can't remember who won either

I've just signed up and paid for the Superview access via the Supercars website but it doesn't actually tell you how you then access the stream. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

That's where I keep ending up. Just seems quite an arse about face way of finding the stream. Surely they'd be better off with an App. Annoyingly after I'd signed up I saw that you can watch it through YouTube instead. It's a bit more expensive but ultimately easier to access than pissing about on their website watching the live stream.

Trying out the Superview stream for the first time this season.

Does anyone know if the qualifying/race replays get their own stream, or if they are all part of the day long session replay? Just wondering if I should take a note of the session start times today to avoid fast forwarding right into the middle of coverage tomorrow.

To me it looks like they split each session individually. Not 100% sure though.

It’s changed this year as they never used to show any of the supports or anything on Superview. They always just had separate streams for each quali and race session. Not sure how it’s going to work this year.

They combined the whole P1 and P2 into one stream. You can't rewind until the entire recording has finished.

A lot of the cars seemed to be really struggling with understeer.

Really felt for Slade, he looked absolutely gutted.

Enjoyed the first race, Shane looked to be in control for pretty much the whole race. Whenever I see a choppercam showing rainclouds I always hope they`ll hit the circuit but they never seem to, which is a shame, always spices it up smile

I was gutted for him to be so close was a heatrbreaker, I think the racing will get closer, Mount Panorama is a great track but Adelaide is another cracker & great season starter.

Hopefully the support races stay in, I thought I'd just watch the first lap of the GT86 race, ended up watching the whole thing. And then dozed off for the Supercars so need to watch most of race 1 again.

I emailed digital@supercars.com, they refunded me the Superview subscription and I have now subscribed to the YouTube channel instead.

Streams straight onto the TV like any other YouTube video, definitely worth the few extra £ imo

Race 2 was alright, Mostert on Anton when he exited the pits was a cracking lap, no contact, fair racing but firm.

SVG looked untouchable in both races didn't he.

I like having the cheaper website option. Works perfectly on all devices which is more than I can say for many custom apps. Obviously YT is a good app but I wouldn't pay extra for it. Nice to see a business giving people choices for once.
