Timothy Plato’s farewell races too... wonder who will take his seat next year.
(Shame he used Jason... his racing moniker could have been ‘TeePee’) getmecoat

AS I mentioned previously, my Nephew is on another BTCC forum, & the Fiesta Cup has been mooted about. scratchchin
So... maybe there is some truth in the rumours.
One would expect TOCA would like it to be manufacturer backed, and if so it’d be the latest model presumably. Which I don’t believe has been raced yet in the Fiesta champs
... & for the Juniors

2023: Only one slot to be filled by guest series then... scratchchin

(Praying for some historic series to be included... with lots of variation).

[quote=Milkyway]Really excited for the final should owdown
Tingram to finally clinch the title...but also more than happy if Jake succeeds.
Either way... a new name on the trophy.

NB: Cheerio to JP & Ginetta, you will be missed..wavey & bow
(The Juniors will be the biggest loss to the TOCA package).

Well done to Ingram. Well deserved.
Agree, & its been a long time coming... I was beginning to wonder if he was ever going to win it.
Jake’s impatience surfaced again... threw away the runner up spot.

Some great drivers for 2023.
Hope Rory, Dan Cammish & ‘Cookie’ can find some consistency & be in the mix.
Still not sure about the Hybrid yet... but if it produces another close
season I will learn to accept it.

Jake had his win taken off him in the first race at Donington due to a ride height failure... which really scuppered his day.
He also received a demotion later on in the season.
Those lost points might have come in handy. scratchchin
( But definitely a title contender for 2023).

NB: Cree’s local rag said that he was winded & received a stiff neck... he commented that the driving standards needed looking at.

Ash came on song Mid season... just a tad too late.
I thought that DC. would have been more competitive though.
If NAPA can start ‘23 at the sharp end, then it should be a cracking Championship.

Rumours that the Focuses will be replaced next year so they could take a few races to get upto speed if that is the case.
thumbup & scratchchin

My Nephew remarked that Audi had been mentioned, but apparently that has been thrown out.
He also wonders what is going to replace the Infiniti’s.

Seems a bit cheep for a fully fledged btcc car!
They've taken out all the bits that let you run it in the BTCC. I'm not sure what you can do with now.
There seems to be a Championship for most cars of one sort or another now... not necessarily limited to circuit racing.
( Might even go overseas)

Matts car is a long way from home... Dominican Republic.
( £80K, & plenty of spares included...bargain).

In the right hands, it would probably give the Infiniti a run for its money.

Radicals x 2
Legends x3
Caterhams x1
Mini 7’s x 1

X3 TBA. scratchchin

Early Driver announcement for 2023;
I take it that Tom Chilton has lost his seat next to Tingram then
I wonder if he will drop into the Trade price cars side. scratchchin
