Colin Turkington raced with CSCC at Snetterton yesterday in a 2 driver club race.
CSCC has had Mike and Andy Jordan race with them in the past as well, indeed Mike is the club president.
Great to see drivers of such professional stature race at club level occasionally. And they always prove that they can drive “properly” without any of the BTCC door banging, “push to pass” shenaningins going on as well!! Pity they don’t drive like that in the BTCC,

I think the Jordan's are aiming to do the whole Mini championship this season.CSCC has had Mike and Andy Jordan race with them in the past as well, indeed Mike is the club president.

I thought Ricky Collard had retired from racing? I can't believe Dynamics won't be competing this year if the rumours are true. It's nice that the Toyotas will actually have Toyota derived engines.
No his dad Rob Collard retired a few years back Ricky collard is a young lad, just up and coming. MB140 said:

Collard revealed that a frank conversation with the team convinced him to change his mind about retiring at the end of last season.

That's why it was being discussed here yesterday.https://www.touringcars.net/2023/03/george-gamble-...
I see Jade Edwards has signed up with Team Hard in the Cupra. It's good to have her in the championship, my daughter always cheers her on, she might not be the quickest but she's certainly not the slowest. Don't know how much more progress they can make with the Cupra, although Bobby Thompson put that car up the field a bit last year.

What is the deal with Flash and the second Dynamics TBL - anyone know?
Never mind the 2nd one, what about the 1st one? They haven't announced any drivers yet. Mind you the same is true of Speedworks but at least they've said they are racing in the BTCC this year.I guess both are just waiting to grab headlines at media day?
( One Car.... Neal or Plato).

NB: Jade switching to HARD... so a seat available at Starline too.

I would say zero chance of them switching to Kia given Hyundai is the same company and the one which has the sportier pretence with their NLine products.
From this article it appears that losine a driver was one thing, but losing your title sponsor shortly before season opening finished them off this year:

Shame, but hopefully they'll be back in 24!

In the case of the Jordans' HRDC efforts, where they have an Austin A40 which must have cost £100k to build/develop, and an identical back-up car plus god knows how many spare engines/gearboxes in their 40 foot truck, it's pushing the definition of 'club racing' to the extremes. Not really fighting people on an equal footing which distorts things somewhat..CSCC has had Mike and Andy Jordan race with them in the past as well, indeed Mike is the club president.

Pretty sure i've seen AJ make contact at Goodwood in historic saloons, hardly surprising given the series he was grounded in and the money they have to throw away at bodywork repairs - as long as he doesn't get beaten by some 50 year old amateur in front of a crowd of people.

The TD and JRT Cortinas are beautifully prepped too.Pretty sure i've seen AJ make contact at Goodwood in historic saloons, hardly surprising given the series he was grounded in and the money they have to throw away at bodywork repairs - as long as he doesn't get beaten by some 50 year old amateur in front of a crowd of people.
TD's Barry Plowman is a racer and I don't think is that interested in historics (that's what I gleaned from talking to him but may be wrong) so it will be telling if he retires. I think Steve and Matt will happily settle into running and prepping historics in which case TD will not be back in the BTCC
