Who went?

How did you get on?

Did you get through?

James

just heard from the "hondakid" that VB-H and Jensen Button were there. "hondakid" apparently discussed Pistonheads with VB-H. However he failed the fittness tests; there is always next year!

So what were the tests then?

Are they doing another one next year then?

Not sure on the exact format; but it was very simular to the "Gym Tests" in the SuperStars programme.

First a run then various exercises such as press-ups. 1000 applicants were invited to take part and 250 are invited to go to Birmingham Wheels this Friday.

Yes I heard there is going to be a follow up next year, so start training now.

Don't suppose he fell at the first hurdle.

He does seem to be conspicuous by his absense... what conclusion should we draw from that I wonder?

Err... it begins with 'W' and ends with the big heavy thing tied stops boats from floating away

They are now down to the last 15. They have beeb sent for fitness training and now test Formula Renault. The last girl was knocked out on Monday. Details of the event are scarce. All will be shown on 12th April on Channel 5. The organisers have done a great job to give everyone an equal chance and a fun time. Can't wait for the first episode.

No.. I refuse to believe that he's out..

Afterall this guy was "the model of their PR desires" as well being a "finalist in Michelin Renault Scholarship" having "trained at race school". And don't forget "Real self confidence is earnt through solid experience"..

but hey.. we were all "just nobodys" so doubtless he's gone on to a higher social group as he's that amazing.. ..probably got screaming teenage girls camped on his doorstep by now... do you think he's A list or B list..?

Matt.

Of the 15 still in; only 9 turned up for the fitness training the next day. I am not allowed to mention any names but it is getting very tense and exciting!

James

P.S. I am not one of the finalists!

There are now only 6 left after the Formula Renault. These lucky few now test Formula 3 with a top team. Once again it is 12th April on Channel 5. Not sure who the final six are; but can't say anyway!

The Formula 3 test took place today at Pembrey. There are now only 3 left and it is on to Donnington to try the Tyrrell 014 F1 car. There can now be only one winner.

The three finalists have been fully kitted out with new 3 layer overalls, helmets etc (worth around £2K alone) and now await the Tyrrell 014 at Donnington tommorrow.
