Will is currently ill. Update Dec 11th 2002.

Diagnosed with a brain tumour in October 02, Will has completed his hospital treatment. He will be remaining in hospital until further notice. He is comfortable and enjoying the many messages of support received via this website. And he received a whole load of written messages from the recent Autosport Awards - including one from David Coulthard about he and Will undressing together. And then something about a G-string. Whatever DC means, it made WH smile!

I met Will several times. I first met him when he raced clubmans. He was a great friend of Creighton Brown and he was a true gentleman driver.

I also had the good fortune to meet Will, and be driven around Donington in an Alfa SZ by him for a couple of laps, whilste we chatted karting and cars. He was a lovely bloke, from what I knew of him. Sad news.
