Special GTs race yesterday - Castle Combe
Discussion
I think there's a fair bit of time to be had there, superb start but as mentioned you are only using part of the track and braking far too early and getting on the power a tad slow, watch the 1st ferrari passing you over Avon and you'll see what I mean, looks as if you had similar straightline to me but were simply more committed and confident, lines through the chicanes though were good, get some instruction for sure and you'll be making good progress

I was there spectating too, some great racing
Anyone know what happened to the V8 Star Omega, It took part in the Britcar race a few of weeks ago and was stonkingly fast - and sounded amazing
But it retired after only 1 or 2 laps in the Special GTs (class C?).
I was there spectating as well. Top day out. Anyone know what happened to the V8 Star Omega, It took part in the Britcar race a few of weeks ago and was stonkingly fast - and sounded amazing

Not sure what happened to the V8 Star, but it was miles ahead after only 2 laps. That allowed the yellow Exige to win - but only just in front of the Caterham! The Exige seemed to be lucky and get by back markers coming into Tower, meaning the following Caterham was behind the back markers through Bobbies.
Edited to add: The E36 M3 also sounded brilliant. The 360CSs sounded a bit muted though, have heard one on the road and it seemed much louder...
