He [or she for all we know] has no intention of telling anyone who he/she is, cos he/she is clearly a 'nobody' with no race experience.
Don't think you would get too many seasoned Britcar racer talking about the state of the public toilets at Silverstone.
JT has no idea who he is either, nor does he give a sh*t, but at least we all have someone to take the Pi*s out of!

This very theory was suggested to me a while ago by another regular PHer, and I asked PB face to face at Brands Hatch. He acted totally perplexed, and, speaking as somebody trained in the fine detail of these things (for 13 years as a magistrate), I must say his reaction was convincing. I note that 2PF posts on all manner of forums, including F1, and I question whether your prime suspect would have the time or the inclination to throw his damp squib into such a diverse variety of subjects.

I have been particularly vitriolic and personally insulting to 2PF on this forum, and PB still gives me the time of day whenever I see him, so he must be a damn good actor as well as a damn good driver, if what you think is true.

Of course, I could be completely wrong.

I agree with you Steve, it can't be PB, he's got no reason to post in anything other then his own well respected name, if he said something outrageous nobody would worry anyway as he is known to be outspoken. Most of the time I've heard him have a go he been spot on or a near miss at worst

Why don't we just forget about it, it's hardly earth shattering either way, if this unknown individual wants to post, so be it, equally if somebody wants to take issue with what he says that's fine, if nobody wants to reply, that's cool

Just spoken to Phil, and it isn't him!

He would have no problem posting his views and letting everyone know who he is. He posts as p490kvp here. He is a great bloke, and does have an opinion on a number of things, all of which he would be happy to be accountable for. No need to hide!

He is also a bloody amazingly talented driver who has won races in BTCC and has led his class at Le Mans.

Give the guy a break!
