Interesting point raised yesterday - Michael has not been present at so many races towards the end of the season just as Kimi starts performing. Do you think he had been more of a hinderance? If so it could complicate their plans for next year. Discuss...

He's probably gotten lost exploring the unchartered east wing to his 'house' in Switzerland.

Or perhaps he's decided it's a bit ungainly for him to be hanging around like someone's Dad at a party. I'd prefer to see him stay away for a few years until everyone starts to remember him as the first and only 7 time world champion, and less so the 'other stuff'.

Kimi obviously does not think that MS can teach him anything. Kimi does things his own way.

Massa is the opposite. He arrived at Ferrari as very much the unfinished article. MS coached him to the point that Massa on track looks like MS. Their car "body language" is the same.

So what job would MS do? Engineering, tactics, refueling, PR? It seems that if they find a suitable job then he could be in. But they don't need him just to be there to clutter the place up.

We will see.
