Labour's increasing tax burden is the simple part-answer as to why, after all who would "want" to move to Switzerland out of pure choice, they have worse car/transport and "climate" laws than many.
Err, me and many other PH'ers. Nothing to do with a lifestyle choice then...? Clean towns and cities, a working transport infrastructure, target of quality in all walks of live, discipline and respect for others within society (for the most part), plus they love cars. There's more supercars in Geneva than you can shake a Bugatti designed stick at.FourWheelDrift said:
I think he's moving there to get the tax breaks but also for the privacy, most gutter press journos couldn't find it on map anyway. If you are able to move, move. As with all sportsmen he has a limited (albeit high earning) career. He will want to put away as much as possible without giving too much to the greedy government who think success should be penalised with higher taxation and given to the scroungers.
Quite true. Taxation is better here (for the wealthy and not so wealthy) but so is the quality of life for the most part. For the amount of "Lewis time" Hammo will get, it doesn't matter where he lives. Get a tax break and go where all the other F1 boys are...motormania said:

MONEY and TAX
I'm awake and don't like coffee thanks all the same. As I said before I imagine (only him and his family really know) his motive for moving involves more than just moneyWake up and smell the coffee
It's about one thing....
MONEY and TAX
