Those 2 photographers pull off some extraordinary shots in that set! To correctly expose and focus a night time panning shot is no small task! Many, many fantastic and beautiful shots here -> http://www.stanceworks.com/2014/01/defining-endura...

Fabulous pic..King Kenny? But who else, trying to rack my brains for bespectacled bike racers from the Transatlantic days??
Will Hartog on the inside or is it middle..he also ran 32 on Yammy on occasion so who was number 1???? is it 1978 bye the way..was thinking Korky Ballington may be one but doubtful
AHH. much racking of brains…78. Steve baker in middle and Wil Hartog inside ???

No.1's helmet is the give away
A bit of Googling proves you right on no.32 with Steve Baker. Five points out of 10!
Steve baker makes it 77 or 78..A bit of Googling proves you right on no.32 with Steve Baker. Five points out of 10!
aha.. 77, Ago's last season before retirement….
You're confusing me with The no 2 Yamaha now…It must be Kenny?? If it is Kenny then it must be a UK transatlantic race since he didn't compete proper with yamaha in the world champs till 78..

No, there was never a race included in the championship , where are you getting this info from ? Took part on the tarmac (motoring news)series on and off from 87 through to 92 and never was there a race at Oulton Park as a round .
One of our memories is really playing tricks on us On Twitter, Paul Fearnley (MN Rallies editor at the time) commented about the above photo ' Dave Appleby (25) about to win EARS/MN race at Oulton Park, 1990'
https://twitter.com/JarvoB/status/4141241981526425...
It sticks in my mind as at the time I worked for Tony MacWhirter who ran a 205 RWD in the series and took lots of the staff out on a corporate day (I didn't go, might have been competing elsewhere). I convinced myself this was to Oulton for a race that was part of the series but it's a long time ago now
