I don't see Kubica going to Ferrai; yes its his dream but going against Alonso will not work for either party.

All it takes is Massa to put in a couple of wins; and Ferrari will snap him up IF him and Alonso can get on ok.

Kubica will stay with the Renault if the team build a good car around him.
I dont see Webber moving as well.

So basically, it will be status quo for next year, as all teams seem to be working ok.

At the moment, I don't really see that happening, as Massa has well underperformed with the exception of the Bahrain GP - and even there, one could argue that is race pace wasn't nearly as impressive as that stunning qualifying lap that put him infront of his teammate. In all others except for Monaco - he has held up most people behind him, from Jensen to Alonso. Good qualifying performance is keeping him within the points IMO but on race pace, he is fading quick compared to Alonso.

Hmm, don't think so. Kubica is constantly putting in times better than his car deserves. He's also best friends with Alonso.

Agreed Kubica is putting in times better that his car- but will Alonso welcome him? I doubt it. Friends or not makes no difference.

If Renault can sell him a long term number 1 status, and funding to develop the car, I don't think he (Kubica) will move.

As for Massa, I don't see what the fuss about this season, he has scored in every race and I think Turkey are suited to him.

Besides, Alonso has made far too many mistakes this season to judge (although he has out performed Massa so far with some worthy drives).

We will see- its too early to judge in the season, but then again it is known as "silly season" for a reason.

I also dont see Kimi coming back unless its Red Bull.

Just a hunch. I may well be completely wrong.

Why would anyone want to partner Alonso with his rep?!? Even ignoring the fact that the RBR car is easily the quickest out there and AN is every bit Ross Brawn's equal...

Never understood the fascination with Ferrari...

Hard choice for Kubica, he could go to Ferrari, pretty much guaranteed to be a top 5 team and probably lots of money. But he'll probably have to play second fiddle to Alonso and there's no guarantee that Ferrrari will be that competitive as far as winning races, especially on their recent form.

Meanwhile if he stays at Renault, he'll no doubt get paid less (and a Clio as a company car is probably less appealing than 458 Italia) but he knows the people, will be number one driver and Renault seem to be improving a lot lately.

As for Webber, I'd be surprised to see him leave Red Bull unless he is pushed out, sure he'd probably get more money at Ferrari but Webber doesn't strike me as someone who is really too bothered by the money, especially not if it means less chance of winning races.

I'm pretty sure that this will not happen. Far more likely to be in a Fezza than Mr. Webber.

I can't really see this happening.

Christian and Mark have 2 racing teams together.

Mark is more than just a Red Bull driver to Christian Horner.

As someone said earlier i doubt Mark will go to Ferrari to be Alonso's number two, even if the throw a shed load of cash at him.

I reckon he'll stay at Red Bull, hopefully as the clear number 1 next year.

i don't see alonso or kubica having a problem if they were to be team mates at ferrari, and i don't see kubica having to play second fiddle either. they are both similar people with regard to their attitude towards racing, media etc. and i think their talent is pretty level too.

as for webber and vettel, they are both a better fit at RBR than ferrari and whilst the car is argueably the best there's no need for either to move.

I hope this is just a rumour. For my part, I love the current Red Bull Renault combo of Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel. I'd love to see them both snare a championship with Red Bull before thinking of other pastures (or is that parc fermes?)

I've only really followed Formula One for the last three odd years, but being an Aussie I've always gone for Webber - and thought him relatively consistent, usually up somewhere in the points. That first win at the Nurburgring, when me and a mate both swore loudly when he hit another car at the start and had all but given up on him - wonderful. To cock up and then still win after a drivethrough shows he's undoubtedly one of if not the fastest driver out there, and not just for the car. Let's face it, the Red Bull Renault team is basically two - and the contest between Webber and Vettel, whilst not a overt as that which Hamilton and Alonso had, is nonetheless an interesting one. For the sake of viewer enjoyment then, I hope both he and Vettel stay on a few seasons with RBR, who undoubtedly look after them.

I say good luck to him. Spent a day with him as part of a group at the Porsche Fitness Centre at Silverstone at the start of the year. A genuinely nice bloke who has got to be the most normal and 'unaffected' racing driver I've ever met in any level of the sport, and I'd include myself in that. He spent the whole day with us, chatting and answering questions rather than just taking the cash and putting an appearance in for a couple of hours and disappearing.

Great to see him doing well this year, looks like he's right at his peak at the moment in what looks like the best car he's ever had access to.
