I saw a road-going one once and never knew what it was until I saw this site - thought it was a 'Laxxed' cut 'n' shut job!
The storey goes that the 2 BXs were checking their pace notes the week before the acropolis rally. One of the cars got a puncture but the other carried on. 4 corners later the driver of the lead car noticed a field full of sheep. He stopped the car and strolled over to the flock. When he heard the loud roar of an engine, he dropped his trousers and grabbed hold of a sheep knowing that his mate in the second car would laugh himself senseless. Regretably into sight drives the farmers tractor (not the citroen) who takes a grim view of the driver messing with his favorite and wants to call the police. The second car now turns up, learns what happened and laughs himself senseless before they pool their cash and buy themselves out of potential problems.
