Wow!!!!

Testament to the safety of race cars that gradually filters down to road cars.

Dunno why they red flagged it though, there was only a 'bit' of debris on the track biggrin

Just shows some of the massive forces at play there. The whole st was unfolding on the track whilst matey STILL rolled around off the track!

Glad everyone (appeared to be) ok.

Cheers

Ooof! He hit the wall at a fair old lick! What is a Carrera Cup car pulling at that point? 150mph?

The longer and more spectacular the crash means the gentler it is.

Its the sudden stop accidents that are the ones that hurt and look quite dull.

He does lots of 'sudden stops' each time he hits the ground.

That kink in the track has seen more than a few hefty shunts since it was introduced. The lack of runoff on the exit doesnt help. Glad nobody was injured.

If he has stopped then why does he start moving again?

Its incredible how somebody cant walk away, albeit with a limp from such a massive accident.
