Off topic.

According to the press, Boris Johnson is holidaying (aka hiding) just up the road from me. Ug.

Dom is in the house with Boris sharing the only bed. Boris’ other half and baby are in the tent near the cliff.

Seems Boris got in trouble for putting the tent up in the farmers field. (Apols for Daily Fail link)

Driven past it a fair few times. It's at Lonbain on the coast road nearly 8 miles from Applecross
There is another holiday cottage less than half a mile away - https://goo.gl/maps/3HykGjE9357kPDjd6

Anyone else find it amusing that the farmer's name is Cameron... rofl

One of my favourite pic locations is a couple of miles further on.

On a clear day you can see the mountains on Lewis nearly 50 miles away.

I don't use photoshop on photos, but I do use Lightroom. All RAW images from a digital camera need post processing (just like we used to do in a darkroom! - jpgs don't always, but you should always take photos in RAW provided you can post process, as none is done in the camera and cameras are really stupid.

99% of mine, I use dehaze (a little) which is pretty essential to get the image back to what it looked like to the human eye. Check out: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/lightroom-classic/how-t...
Thank you so much, appreciated!
I just discovered that in later versions of Lightroom Classic, the Dehaze function has been added to the "Basic" set of adjustments under the "Develop" tab. Presumably to make it easier to find .. though it took me ages to find it again ! I thought it had been completely removed smile

Sorry Steve, I don't remember being asked the question before. Apologies if I appear to have ignored you !

It relates to a former life where I had a music production company. I did a few local radio adverts but then spent most of my time composing and performing the scores for some Scottish themed musicals, one of which toured Scotland (and actually made a small profit - unusual for such ventures). The final one I did still makes a bit of money from CD sales as it's related to a highly lucrative novel based in Scotland and the CD is available at quite a few historic sites.. Ironically I can't stand traditional musicals !

i also released an album of my own music and still have a few tracks up on Youtube smile

Sadly "circumstances" led to me returning to my main job as a project manager quite a few years ago now and there I remain to this day. When I retire I'll get back to my music though smile

You have my sympathies. I take it Dom is in the tent.and Boris +partner & sprog are in the local. After all, who'd want to spend a few days with DOM?

Following this camper van this morning, having to stop and pick up the rubbish they were throwing out of the window as they drove. All caught on dashcam video. Northern constabulary informed.

I just don't get it.

Yes bloody annoying.
The owner obviously doesn’t abide by the Campervan mantra of leave no trace, bar tyre tracks...

Do you have a screen shot of the litter coming out of the window, i belong to a camper forum and will see if we can see if anyone owns up to owning or knowing the owner.

Also where and when waS it?
