the road with the wire guardrails is buttertubs, short 5 miles but a sublime stretch of road. fortunately it's a short drive there for me

One and a half years after starting this thread, I finally visited the place.

A little hint for you Brother, next time you need to find some info about anything that's 'visual' so to speak, like a particular online pic or something in a youtube vid, or even an item you've photographed yourself - pause the vid, take a screenshot of that section of the screen.

Then launch google image search in your browser and click on the camera icon in the search bar. Navigate to the location of the screenshot and upload it to google - it'll then identify what's in your pic, your screenshot, your photo of the item you want to identify etc etc. It's really useful!

Tempted to risk the weather and head over on Saturday morning, not my default place to drive but its under an hour away.

Buttertubs is decent and Wensleydale Creamery cafe should just be open for breakfast on the way back.
