More by-passes - no chance !

I see that the government is proposing to spend £1Bn on new by-passes. I don't believe it - they talk but rarely deliver.
Three classic cases in the South of England make that point :
The day that building work starts on any of these projects, i will believe in them. Until then, 'pie-in-the-sky' is my summary.
