Red light run

Hi.

A friend of mine made a silly mistake and run a red light yesterday out of pure panic!

Was just wondering if anyone could help by telling me if these are cameras or just sensors?

That looks like a sensor to me, not a camera.

Look like sensors for detecting people at the crossing. There's an LED in them that illuminates when motion is detected, like a PIR sensor in a room.
