Head towards Hitchin from the M1 off of Junction 12.

Go out towards Northampton from Newport Pagnell (via the B road)

...again the roads round winslow are nice.

Head up the A509 duel carridgeway by-passing Newport Pagnell until you get to a roundabout, take the third exit (coming form MK) towards Chichley and bedford. Once every Blue Moon there's a Talivan in Chichley village but once you're past that you're free to go.

All the roads are good if you enjoy a challenging mixture of roundabouts and straight road

Get your arse over to buckingham mate, out by stowe, single track b roads, plenty of uber steep hump back bridges and sharp bends plus my fav corner in the world the STEEEP down hill 90deg right hander! Theres litteraly miles and miles of these tracks roundhre and some are never used any more, when you learn were they run you can skip all the main road traffic out, have your own private track and just ocassionaly get lost in the midle of no were

I needed a hoon this afternoon to get my miles up towards running-in service and freedom from the 5500 rpm limit tyranny, so I looked on here, found this thread and did this lot. A very good recommendation, BR.
