2008 Euro Trip .... advice please

following on from our hugely successful tour earlier this year (Le Mans, Millau Bridge, Gorges du Tarn, Ardeches, Alps, Monaco, Paris etc), we are considering arrangements for next year's adventure.
the bones of the plan are plymouth - santander, pyrenees, barcelona, med coast, then zig zag (one night inland, one night on coast) across the med, and onto portofino, italy ... back to nice and then cars on the train home.
if any one may be able to help in any way with hotels, routes, restaurants etc, i would be happy to hear from you.

you know full well, i would love for you to help ... but as we are all poor, reward would be minimal.
the '08 route is now taking shape, and so perhaps i may pass it by you before we begin to book hotels.
DAVE'S CRAP TOURS are now in their fourth/fifth year, and i was thinking of producing a letterhead in order to possibly attract cheaper hotel rooms .... do you have a secret you wish to share with me ?
