Pot holes, and damage? how to claim

Think i may have buckled a wheel going down a major pot hole. Its been filled since it happened. (happened sat, filled yest)

How do i go about getting compensation to pay for a new rim?

If it's been filled in then you don't have much luck. They are obliged to repair holes within a certain time period, and you only really have a case against them if they've not done it.
