Elise to Prague!
Discussion
After a few months of daily use since I picked up the Elise S from Christopher Neil, it's finally time for the 'white beast' to take its first proper road trip. To Prague.
We're taking the Eurotunnel to Calais first thing Friday and heading straight down to Reims for a peek at the old grand prix circuit and a bit of bubbly shopping. The plan is then for an early start on Saturday, blasting through Germany to Prague in time for dinner, a few cheeky beers and some, erm, evening entertainment.
Later start on Sunday , before making our way back to Calais for late Monday afternoon.
Anything I should know before I go? Apart from the contact details of my local psychiatrist, obviously.

Worth getting an E111 in case you need medical treatment. https://www.ehic.org.uk/Internet/home.do

Quite.Expect Prague to be full of drunken Brits on stag dos.
Expect lots of cars to pass you in Germany.
For instance, the VW Passat diesel estates will be
queueing up to get past.
Expect lane discipline to be strict. No light
doze and lack of attention, a la UK.
Take some ear defenders and some soft cushions.
Hours and hours of an Elise flat out or nearly flat out
on the autobahn will be tiring.
