Staying overnight around the EVO triangle

Hi,
Driving from Chester over towards Anglesey via the EVO triangle in a couple of weeks.
Has anyone got any recommendations for somewhere to stay near the Triangle?
A nice inn or even a B&B, access to good food.

We stayed in Betws-y-Coed recently. Nice little town 10min drive from the Triangle. The accommodation we used was actually a hostel ('Swallow Falls' I think). Reason for this was there was 5 of us to fit in and it was very last minute. Was certainly cheap and relatively cheerfull

Next time I'll go a little more upmarket. Theres certainly loads of B&Bs' in the town.
