Hotel near Evo triangle

Hi
Any one got any recommendations for somewhere to stay near the triangle? Want somewhere with parking and within walking distance of a few pubs.

I've stayed at Swallow falls hotel in betws-y-coed a couple of times, good parking, pretty cheap but nothing special. 5 minutes from the triangle.

Should add it's a good ten minute walk into town/pubs though.

Its not exactly close but the EVO boys (and DR it seems) stay at The Groes Inn in near Conwy, its a very nice little place, and they do good grub (they put me up there during a feature fwiw) and whats more its a nice little run down there from the Triangle too

Yep, Betws has hotels, pubs, shops etc and isn't far away.

We stayed at Elen's castle B&B at Dolwyddelan http://www.hotelinsnowdonia.co.uk/ on the A470 - nice pub down the road with open fire and does food - and also went for a meal and drink in the Eagles Hotel in Llanwrst which looked OK.

Stayed at the saracens head. right on the triangle

Cheap, but shower didn't work etc etc etc

Bit late now but Glan Aber in Betws is worth a shout.
