Sorry, couldnt find my old thread cos the search function is playing up.. Some of you may remember my car. Black VXR8 with green bits.





well now its got some noise to back up the looks

It looks and sounds fantastic. I cant believe the value of these things with such grunt, and they really do look great IMO. Love the green accents too.

Only had the exhaust done 5days and im hooked.. next up is sports cats, headers, OTRCAI and and... well thats £2k right there so im sure thats enough

Looks a hundred times better than the exhaust it used to have and it sounds fantastic. These VXR8s benefit massively from a good exhaust upgrade, they sound a bit flat on the standard system imo. Great job, the green details are really eye catching too.

Slippery, have heard it gets a bit nuts when you do the other bits. This is just catback system, but on these cars its A LOT of scaffolding under there.

What sort of performance you get from the cam then ? Does it need a remap at same time ?

Do want to get the car running 500bhp, think thats a nice round number for a road car

cheapest way to 500rwhp is TVS2300 job done for 7.5K yes

So is there a cheap ish route to a solid 500rwhp on a N/A route ? would prefer that to S/C..

cam, headers, cats, pcm remap... what would you be looking at after that lot ?

Headers, remap, catback, otr, cam, heads, intake manifold. Ringram has 500whp na but he's got a ls2 based 440ci stroker.
