Thanks y2blade, I remember reading with interest when you bought you S60 (last year?), do you still have it and hows it going, great value cars
yep still have it, going good just had to do the Clutch slave, clutch kit and Dual Mass Flywheel (all genuine parts), not as expensive as I was expecting (have a look here http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... )I do keep looking at getting another T5 or Focus ST as I miss the engine from my old MTE'd 850 T5
but the S60 is a superb car, if I change it I'll be giving it to my otherhalf and selling the Golf
that is a big IF...I do love it though, so we'll see what happens

I'll give you a wave if I see you about then Look out for the gold volvo estate with a giant PH sticker on the bonnet
Stedman. I’ve seen, my mistake, I mean heard your Volvo around crawley. You had me up out of my seat and on to the balcony to investigate what car it was. Sounds Lovely. The Scooby looks lovely.
It is funny, I never saw myself as a Volvo follower but we have had our XC90 for 5 years this month and give it a clean and its as good as new and the grief it gets from my wife and kids would mean say a Ford or Vauxhall something would have died before now, I have thought about changing it but would probably end up buying another XC so why bother?
I know I have bought the Subaru and I will keep that but should I end up getting another job which means the miles start again I think I will maybe get a S60 (but dont tell the wife, shes moaning that we have 4 cars at the moment......)that said 2 are hers.........

Oh really? Where do you live roughly? If you'd rather say on FB or something, have a search...I should be too hard to find! Thanks btw.Roger Woods said:
Crawley boys!
I have seen the V70R, very, very nice - I will keep an eye out, our XC90 has the plate V8URS (wifes name is Ursula) normally being driven far to quick but does she listen.....
Thanks very much Roger. I've seen your car about (I noticed the plate). Does this mean I'm allowed to flash your wife? I have seen the V70R, very, very nice - I will keep an eye out, our XC90 has the plate V8URS (wifes name is Ursula) normally being driven far to quick but does she listen.....

I had one of those. Lovely car. In fact, its the car I have enjoyed the most of any I have had up to this point. Loads of fun. Ignore anyone who says anything silly about the image.
Get it over to Wales or Scotland for a proper blast: D
I saw the advert on Scoobynet and as I'm working away from the UK until next weekend I asked my best mate to go and have a look for me, he called me and said if you dont buy it I am!, I tend to keep my cars quite a long time now days (had my current Subaru since 2002) so I tend to be a bit fussy with what I buy - Christ I've not even seen this one!Get it over to Wales or Scotland for a proper blast: D
