Hello all,

Brand new on here but thought i'd just share with you my last two little runarounds.

1 - My old Focus ST3 bought new after a painful waiting period. I woke up one morning to find it on bricks and couldn't afford to claim on the insurance for a new set of original wheels but a local wheel shop had just taken these 19" TSWs off a photo shoot for a Mondeo and offered me them for a bargain price. It turned way more heads after these were fitted and i got asked a few times if it was the new RS.

Only mod was buying a Dreamscience unit and running Race+ which they claimed to pump out about 270bhp. It pulled like a train in every gear. The pop from the exhaust was just amazing.

I then moved abroad and bought this which i'm currently in the process of selling:

2008 Nissan Patrol Safari
4.8 VTC straight six - 280bhp (approx 330 lb ft. torque)
Tiptronic 5 speed

An epic car that was surprisingly quick considering it weighed about 2.5tons.

I just need to decide what i'm going to get next.....

Very nice. Is the patrol stuck in the last pic?

Only a little bit - although the back wheel was about 3ft clear of the ground. I came round a dune and stopped too quickly to help out a family in a Prado that were stuck (and clueless).

They nicked your ST wheels then, seems quite common. I'd be livid though

Liking those desert shots - big 4x4 looks right at home! biggrin

I was livid. Especially as they'd used a Ford master key on the locking nuts. Ford didn't want to know when i phoned them and just said that they'd had some master keys stolen.

I agree. Excellent wheels for a Focus.

(You don't mean to tell me you left it outside without locking nuts?)

No it had factory McGard locking nuts which they had a key for (not mine). Apparently thousands of combinations but ford had master keys which the b******s used.

No, black and filled with an entire Indian family. Poor granny was stuffed in the boot while I had to drag the thing out backwards. Usual clueless crowd out on their own without any gear and tyres still fully pumped.
