Wow, what a great build!

You are very skilled, I wouldn't know where to start with any of that.

Thankyou very much sir! No update as such for tonight..

Other than bringing a little voting competition to anyone's attention who is interested;

Obviously you can guess which one Id like to see votes for, but the idea is you vote for the one you actually like..

Voted, but sad to say you won't win even if I think you should. Why? Well, it's the colour really and 90's Civics are fooked or in the wrong hands - an image thing. Hope you transfer all the tech to something like a sleeper Accord at some stage (with rear the wing designed to sit flush with boot lid when not in use). Regardless of my views, keep up the great work - watching with great interest along with a touch of jealousy for your skills. wink

If your wife thinks you have spent 50k on the car, you have obviously spent 75k. Thats the way it works with the wife and me, in any case!

Very nice project, so well engineered. Bookmarked.

You know what.. You have a point.. But then again my wife is awesome with cars, shes helped me welding and working on the car. She knows more than she lets on...

But the general rule of thumb is to work out how much you think you've spent on a car, then double or treble it. It's the little things that you forget that soon add up to thousands of pounds, or the natural rounding down of a big bill to the nearest thousand if it's 1100 pounds, etc.

That generally is the case, i think thats what the wife took into account with the £50k.. lol

It all adds up too quickly.. The engine build, turbo parts, driveshafts, electronics, it does all add up.. I believe the technical term is "denial"..

You forgot 'Let's run this up the flagpole and see if it's worth saluting' - I have genuinely heard this in a meeting when I worked for Rolls-Royce.

R-R Subs. I had a LOT to do with BAE in Barrow when I was working on Astute. We fell out - quite a lot hehe

Which area are you in?
