Re. the oil leaks:
Rocker cover gasket: They all do that, sir. new gasket from BMW not too expensive, an replace the bolt seals too. It's an afternoons work if you're even slightly familiar with a ratchet.
PAS leak: This is more than likely due to the high pressure hose leaking. There is a chap on M3 cutters than produces replacement parts built to BMW or better quality for roughly half the price of the BMW part.
