same here. Thought the Porsche guy was trying quite hard not to say the Evora is as good as his car though
Also he tried to judge exclusivity by the fact that his car is a GT4 except a very tiny percentage of the population would recognize it as such, but as long as that keeps him happy. I've been on drives with porsche and the evora gets far far more attention. They are much more eye catching and definitely wins it in those stakes. Dealer network was one of his other reaons. Each to their own but as long as you have a good independent then it doesn't matter as much to me.

On the downside for the Evora, pissing rain and single wiper plus dark night and low mounted headlights does not make for a relaxed drive, even if it is just the 5 mile round trip for fuel.

Yes just filled up with fuel, and a chap came over said "wow, whats that?" and asked to take photo's. That just doesn't happen to my mates who have Porsche's (except for one who has a 930 turbo).

A decent rain repellant works wonders.

Perhaps he's concerned that if he doesn't say complimentary things about the Porsche dealer network, he won't be invited to purchase the next limited production GT model? Then he'd have to join the queue of buyers paying £50k over list price.Edit: I think that statement might make me seem like an anti-Porsche knob. But I've said it now, so I'll leave it there and don my flak jacket.

Wow, bit of a thread resurrection. I thought it was updated each time a new video was uploaded?
Way back in your first post you asked for some constructive feedback, so here goes...
Latest video explains the difference between some of the current Lotus models. Informative for those who aren't familiar with the brand, but I can't help thinking that the people who subscribe to your channel will already know the differences. Although it could be said you are doing a better job of marketing Lotus products than Lotus themselves
As for video quality, it was very good, as was the sound. I couldn't quite work out what was going on with the extra camera angle though. It just looked as if you'd forgotten where to look!
Now that your channel is more established, perhaps you could ask Lotus or a friendly dealer if you could take out a new car for a review? I'd really like to see you do a comparison between the latest 1.6 and your 111R, just to see how Lotus have moved the game on (or not, as the case may be).
